Dr. Kaplansky is a member of the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association, the Eighth District Dental Society, the Niagara County Dental Society, Lockport Dental Society and Academy of GP orthodontics. He received prestigious fellowship awards from the Academy of General Dentistry in 2003 and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists in 2008. In 2022 The American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry (ABOI/ID) announced Dr. Kaplansky as a board-certified diplomate of the board. This designation awarded to Dr. Kaplansky represents the highest level of competence in the field of implant dentistry, which means that Dr. Kaplansky has demonstrated the highest knowledge, skills, and proficiency in implant dentistry through a rigorous examination process.

Dr. Kaplansky has a passion for dentistry he loves helping his patients look and feel better. When not in the office, he enjoys spending time with family, traveling and the great outdoors.
